Built by a company secretarial professional who lived the meeting-papers pain — so you don't have to.

I’ve spent 7.5 years in company secretarial roles across global technology and global insurance brokerage firms. That is long enough to know the quiet chaos of meeting prep. We've all been there: endless clicks to find the right folder where to save papers, renaming files, tracking received and reviewed papers on a printed agenda with a pen or maybe , manually tagging or highlighting agenda items to show what has been received, and downloading files one painful click at a time.

Fed up with the manual grind, the idea for DOCSTÄK hit me one weekend—and by Sunday night, the foundation was already built. What followed was countless hours of refining and polishing the tool—all while balancing my day job and studying for my final Company Secretary exam.

While DOCSTÄK was born from board papers pain, it's built for anyone who faces the universal headache of pulling together meeting papers.

Is DOCSTÄK a board portal?

No. DOCSTÄK is a lightweight board-pack preparation tool. It helps company secretaries collect, organise, track and prepare papers before circulation or upload to a board portal.

Why not just build this myself?

You can, but DOCSTÄK saves you the trial and error. The value is the workflow, structure, templates and design built around real company secretarial pain points.

Where is the data stored?

In your own Google Workspace. DOCSTÄK uses Google Sheets, Apps Script, Google Drive and Google Docs.

Who is it for?

Company secretaries, governance professionals, subsidiary governance teams, committee secretaries and anyone preparing recurring meeting packs in Google Workspace.

How secure is DOCSTÄK?

DOCSTÄK is simply a window into your own Google Workspace. The web app is deployed inside your Google account, and all your documents and data stay in your own Google Drive. docstaeck.com never sees, stores, or touches any of your files.

Why is there no sign-in on docstaeck.com?

Keeping the site sign-in-free means no passwords, no accounts, and no security surface to worry about. DOCSTÄK is your Workspace Google doc to make sure you do not need to worry about third party security.

Why a Google Sheet and not a GitHub repo?

Because the code lives inside Apps Script, which is already attached to a Sheet. Selling the Sheet directly means you get the code + backend in one file — no Git, no clasp, no copy/paste between repos.

Can I customise the script?

Yes, absolutely! Open your Google Master Sheet → Extensions → Apps Script and edit Code.gs or Index.html, however you like (or if you don't feel confident, ask your IT for help). You can change absolutely everything from features to visual design. If you don't like the name DOCSTÄK, no problem, you can change that too. It's your file.
